Chain roller

Cant say much about the roller. Its 2 weeks old. Looks good and fist well. But I was happy with Motosport, Their quick and accurate response. I ordered a lot of fiddley little washers etc. They were rounded up, shipped and received very quickly

Hardware given did not fit

Had to grind the bolt to half size in order to fit my 2006 Yz450f . Other then that works great. Got many compliments on the chain roller.

ALL BALLS UPPER CHAIN ROLLER

Pretty much the same as factory, but doesn't usually come with the same hardware. So saving the old hardware should be a thought. Otherwise a good chain roller.

Chain rollers with larger internal diameter?
On my Yamaha IT 250 1981, both chain rollers (upper & lower) don't have internal bearings and are installed on metal sleeves inserted in the frame. Bolts supplied with sealed chain rollers are too small to properly fit in the frame....Do you have sealed chain rollers with 12 mm internal diameter OD 34mm W 24mm or chain rollers without bearings (same ID diameter) and sleeve replacements. Thanks

With the information provided, I would recommend going with an All Balls chain roller part number: 79-5009 and Yamaha part number: 2K7-2148A-00-00 for the shaft (sleeve) which can be found on a 2000 Yamaha XT350.

Yes, The All Balls Chain Rollers for your Suzuki RM125 would come with the bearings installed in the roller and would also come with a replacement mounting bolt.
