Description Item #UUN0003

Uni Multi-Stage Competition Air Filters are unsurpassed in airflow, dirt stopping and overall performance. And they produce more horsepower and more torque than any other air filter. Uni's revolutionary two stage air filter is the only filter that comes apart for maximum airflow and ultimate cleaning.

  • Traps dirt and dust in 2 layers of foam.
  • The large pore, pre-filter captures the bigger particles.
  • The small pore, inner filter prevents any engine-wrecking grit from reaching the cylinder.
  • Used by Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki off-road teams.

Great filter

It's hard to beat an uni the price, durability, and performance!!! The bike has a noticeable change in torque for the better!! It's a little louder at the pipes and I'm saving on fuel!! Plus I ride desert and the filter is great no holes tears rotting !! Outside if the filter is caked but inside is clean!!

Awesome protection

This is a crucial part to any off-road machine, the duel stage setup of UNI is un-beatable at protection and flow. I submerge it in a tub of oil and then squeeze it really tight and run it. will buy more when needed.

Probably the best air filter on the market.

I like how these filters are constructed .... two layers of foam are better than one! The UNI filters seem to last longer than other brands of filters due to the quality of materials used. To help prolong their lifespan, I choose to oil my air filters with No Toil oil instead of standard petroleum based products. That's because the biodegradable cleaner is a lot less stressful on the foam than solvents are. My UNI filters last several seasons without failure because I rotate them (buy two or three), I never oil them far in advance, they are kept in plastic produce bags, and they are kept in a cool dark place to prevent sunlight from breaking down the foam.
Taking air filter maintenance seriously means your engine will perform and last for a long time.

FILTER

This filter is very hard to install once the filter support is installed its very difficult to thread the attaching bolt. I have used this filter on many Hondas but the CRF150R I will think twice before I reorder.

Uni Filter

Installed the Uni Filter on my 04 Honda XR250R because the stock filter had disintegrated. Fit great and runs a lot better with crisper throttle response. Looks to be very durable and should last for years. Can't go wrong with UNI's reputation.

Strong filter

i have tried the pro filter on my 13 kx450f and they dont stop nearly as much sand as the uni filters. i just add my filter oil and install and ride. They do not rip when washing and i am able to use them 2 to 3 times before i buy a new filter
