Q: My clutch lever is so hard to pull new cable new clutch plates i think the previous owner but stiff springs in. could that be the case?

A: It is very possible that you have stiffer clutch springs installed in your 2007 Kawasaki KX250F. If you have a new cable and new clutch plates, I would check on the fingers on the clutch basket to make sure they aren't notched out. if everything looks ok and isn't a problem with the clutch lever perch- I would order a set of stock OEM Kawasaki springs. If you decide that these are too soft, you can always interchange between the stock and stiff ones running a few of each.
