Excellent kit.....everything fit perfectly....would recommend....little pricey but worth it in my opinion!!!

I received this kit and it was missing the main jet. It also does not include the AIS block off plate. I believe it wants you to just plug the metal tube, but I made my own block off plate with aluminum. If I were to do it again, I would just buy the main and pilot jet, grind down the throttle stop screw until it is 24 mm long, make a block off plate. Waste of money.
A little pricy but it worked
Don't waste your time trying to use parts from the auto parts store. This kit does the job right and is very clean and durable. A little pricy but worth it.
The block off for the vacuum line was too big. I had to go to the auto store and buy a cap that fit better.
The block off for the header exhaust is a bit dodgy too. After heating and cooling the engine per instructions the cap can still be turned by hand. Doesn't inspire confidence.
The block off for the air box fit perfectly.
If you're just using it for the AIS removal there are extra goodies included like a throttle stop screw and needle jet.
The instructions that came with the kit are disgraceful. Though you don't really need them.
If you have an older wr 450 this kit is a must. It really cleans up the jetting and performance. Good instructions but small. I found full size copies online and printed so I could read them.
When i first bought the bike i was surprised on how it didn't have as much power as i thought. It lead me to look at forums and saw all the free mods and such. I also stumbled upon this kit and found out it comes with the better jets and throttle stop and bought it. I just installed it today and did some test runs. It is a different machine now. I am now able to pull wheelies in 3rd gear in the grass. It was difficult to pull a wheelie period before. With the wr throttle stop, the slide in the carb would only open half way, i put the new yz throttle stop provided in and the slide will now open all the way. just being able to open your carb all the way is a great improvement. If you buy this kit you should also purchase a fuel screw to fine tune your bike. It is impossible to adjust without rotating the carburetor. also i think i will have to do the ap mod to get rid of the bog when i crack the throttle. Other than that is runs great!
I used this along with other mods to really open up the WR250F. Bike comes all stopped up. Product works great...highly recommend.
I followed the instructions and my bike (2008 wr250f) ran a little lean, so I swapped in a 168 main jet then I put the needle on the 4th position and now it runs perfect, hauls!
This is the very first thing I installed on my brand new 2009 wr250f. Very important product from GYTR, especially with the yz throttle stop to uncork the stock 3/4 throttle. The worst part about it is finding one in stock since everyone with a wr wants one.
