Best purchase ever

i put this exhaust on my 08 brute force 750. it was a night and day difference in sound and as well as performance.. if you want an exhaust that will boost your performance and sound good and not be to loud i would reccommend this one.

Great system

purchased this system for 08 sportsman 800 because it sounded bad to the bone on my friends sportsman. received system and it was defective and would not slide together. big gun tech support is the worst it could be! they wanted to repair the new system and have me ship it to them.lol. they would not even send the correct replacement parts. thanks to motosport they returned the defective system inspected new system before shipping and installation went well. i still highly recommend this system. installed big gun tunner box excellent snapy power and deep powerfull tone.

A: Yes. You should always properly tune your bike after getting an aftermarket exhaust to allow it to run at its optimal level and give you the most performance. Failure to properly tune your bike will void your warranty.

Q: Do you need a programmer for this exhaust for a 07 Honda 420 fourtrax?

A: We're sorry, this product does not fit the ATV you selected. For the 07 TRX420 Honda, Big Gun only list slip on products.

Normally when installing a slip-on only minor changes to the air/fuel ratio are needed, if any at all. If your bike is currently running properly, likely you will not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the machine to see how it is running then decide if you need an purchase an aftermarket EFI tuner .

A: This particular model is actually only available for the Brute Force models with Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) if you have the Brute Force 650 with the Solid Rear axle you will actually want to look into getting the Big Gun EVO "Sport" Utility Complete Exhaust. Basically the same muffler just designed for 2 different style machines.

Q: What is a complete exhaust?

Does it include the manifold, springs, seals etc?

A: A complete exhaust will include the head pipe and muffler so you receive a full system from the engine all the way out. It will include all required mounting hardware. The only thing it will not include would be a new header gasket, which I do recommend replacing when installing a new exhuast. For your 2006 Sportsman 500 efi, the gasket can be found here :
