Just a rubber cap.

I would bet you could find this cap for a dollar if you knew where to go. It is floppier than I would have anticipated. It is simple but will do the job. you could probably fab something on your own rather than spend the $15. but if you don't want to think about or hassle then buy it. I haven't used it yet but would think that putting the hose clamp on during washing would be smart.

Does the job

Dont expect anything fancy here. It does the job well. Fits tight enough that a clamp is not needed power washing the intake box.

FINALLY!!!!

So every time I clean my filter, which is every 2 rides, and I replace it every month, I'm always in disgust about how nasty the air-box is with mud and dirt. Some dry and some wet. Its such a pain to cover the hole with a dirty towel just so I can spray some cleaner all down in there and try to scrub it by hand & finger. Now I can just spray it out with a hi-powered hose!!! stays spotless!! I leave the cover on til it drys up enough to put the filter back on, crank the bike, and let the motor dry the rest!!! Awesome tool!!! Thanks, I tell my riding buddies about this!!! Good product, simple but works!

Loudmouth for 07 CRF450R

Installation was slightly time consuming, but not difficult. I also bought the seal they sell and recommend using that vs silicone. After that, it does everything all the mags and people say it does. Easy filter changes and more power. I bought it simply for easier filter changes, the more power thing I have mixed feelings about. 1, yes more power is cool but 2, it cut 2 laps out of my motoing per session due to ARM pump caused by the power increase. It's a great product that actually works!

Unfortunately this will not fit a stock airbox. As stated in the product description, it is designed for bikes equipped with the loudmouth intake system. We do have air box covers though that will fit your 2011 CRf450 with stock airbox. When ordering the airbox covers, please make sure to also profile your bike correctly as they are model specific.

If you can give us a call we are more than happy to try and help out. Unfortunately I cannot answer this here without knowing what model you need the wash cap for.

We are currently adding applications to this product and some of the KTMs are still in the process. Since these wash caps come in two sizes (minibike and big bike for the most part) you could select another bike to add to your cart in the meantime. For example, the wash cap for a 2008 YZ450F would be the same for your 2013 KTM 250SX. If you have any questions on this please feel free to give us a call. 888-676-8853.
