Could have been better

When i first ordered the product it was damaged goods. The Box was smashed and someone obviously already opened it. As you will see in the image i uploaded this one box was taped. When i got the new product i found out why the preivious person had to tape the box because it was already broken. i was fed up with returning the product so i glued and taped it shut.

Pros
-Really Bright
-Pretty Easy to install

Cons
-cheap product
-over priced
-afraid water will get into parts of it if you dont tape it well since the company who made it did a horrible job

I was shocked when my friend said he payed 60$ for his hi/lo kit and they were still just as bright. We will see who's holds up longer....i hope its mine seeing as i payed over 100$ more :(

Good product

This is a good product that is easy to install. I got the H4 6000K kit fora first gen Busa and it isn't exactly "plug & play". The kit doesn't plug into the headlight plug on the wiring harness but with a couple of butt connectors and some know-how it was easy to install. It took me 1 1/2 to 2 hours to install but I'm picky about wire routing so I took the whole upper fairing off. I also had to trim the spacer that goes between the bulb and the spring clip that holds the bulb in the lense assembly. Overall installation is a breeze and could take as little as 30 minutes. The light is super bright and is a HUGE improvement over any wattage halogen or xenon bulb.

Is it 35w or 55w. I'm looking for a 55w kit for my bike.

A: The Yana Shiki HID Lighting Kits we offer are actually all 35w kits.

You can find the 55w kits directly from Yana Shiki here:

Q: Which bulb size do I choose - high or low beam?
I am looking to order an HID kit for my 2011 Hayabusa, but need to know which bulb size I need to choose. The OEM low beam bulb is an H7 and the high beam bulb is an H9. Your site requires me to choose the correct size but it does not specify for which bulb, high or low beam. Please let me know which to choose so I can complete my order. Thanks in advance. Larry

A: ONLY the the H4 HID kit has a built-in a halogen high beam in addition to the low beam, while the others will operate as a low beam only.

A: You don't have to change both. Its up to you. But if you want to have HIDs on both sides you'll need to order 2 kits.

A: The H4 HID kit is the only one that comes with a High Beam, but the High beam isn't HID its Halogen

My 2008 Kawasaki ZZR600 has dual filament bulbs, both left and right bulbs are on when i use lows or highs... How would i buy H.I.D's for my set up

A: Looks like your bike uses an H7 bulb, so what I'd suggest is changing one side to HID and leaving the other side stock. Your stock side will change to High but your HID will stay the same at Hi or Low.

A: These replace your existing lights, but you typically don't need a high / low with HID's.

Q: Any drilling required?
The description essentially says plug & play. But is there any drilling required in the headlight dust caps on the '08 CBR? I know of other kits which require you to drill a 1 inch hole in the caps in order for them to fit.

A: Yana Shiki doesn't give an indication of whats involved on a per bike basis.
