This is my 3rd EXO-R2000 and my 5th Scorpion helmet. Best features for the money and a free smoke shield. Could spend 800 or more on a Shoei and get nothing but the helmet. Hey, Scorpion, bring back the passport one piece suit!

Very nice helmet. Paint and appearance are nice. Air flow is excellent. The price makes it a great deal. MotoSport is one of thee best.
I feel confident wearing this helmet
For my first new helmet, I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. I did my research and decided on the EXO-2000 Ravin based on multiple reviews of the overall craftsmanship and reliability of the Scorpion brand. I also wanted something that would keep me visible, so the Neon/Matte color scheme was the perfect choice. I went with the Medium and it seems to fit true to size based on the sizing chart. It also perfectly matches my Scorpion Battalion jacket.
Finish on the helmet is beautiful and you can really see the quality of the paint right away. It's actually much brighter in person, which is a good thing.
Comfort-wise, it's difficult for me to say that this is "the most comfortable helmet ever!", but I will say that the Medium fits really well on my noggin. The AirFit system provides a custom fit too, which is a really nice feature. I also wear glasses, and didn't experience any discomfort with the helmet on. I've tried other helmets that place pressure on the arms of the glasses, which lead to painful temples. Not so with the EXO-2000.
Fortunately, since I've worn the helmet on rides a handful of rides, I can't speak to it's durability in a crash, but it feels like it would hold up well. I'm tempted to run head first into a concrete wall, but don't think it's necessary to scuff up the helmet at this point.
Ventilation seems good, although I haven't used it in warm weather yet, so it's difficult for me to say one way or the other. There are multiple vents though, so I imagine airflow will be decent at the very least.
It's a relatively quiet helmet, attributed mostly to the Quiet Neck Roll, which prevents wind from sneaking up under the helmet. It also helps with warmth in cooler months.
My only real gripe is related to foggy glasses. I'm not sure if this would happen with every helmet, but I find I need to raise the visor up a click for a moment in order to get rid of any fogging.
Overall, this is an excellent helmet and I couldn't be happier so far. Bonus tinted visor is a nice inclusion too. Thanks MotoSport!
Motosport.com where purchased keeps sending me e-mails to "submit my review" and the only way to stop the spam is to "submit my review" so here goes: I've worn it twice for a total of 300 miles and perhaps 5 - 6 hours; it fits' fine, the venting works, I'm in the Appalachian mountains so I can ride year 'round, it keeps my head warm (with a balaclava anyway) but I've no clue how it'll vent in the heat of summer. All and all I like it, ask me after I've worn it a year or 15k miles and I may know more.
This helmet seals good for the nightriders and has a lot of features
It has a great fit and is quieter than my other scorpion and bell helmets. So far it's been great in the summer and early winter. The only downside I can find is that there isn't as much room for my earbuds as I have in my other helmets, but that's minor.
I bought the EXO-2000 for the 2015 race season knowing that if or when I go down, there's a pretty good chance I'm buying a new helmet so I wasn't going to spend a paycheck on a "high-end" helmet. The fit and quality of this helmet is on par with Shoei, Aria, or AGV...all of which I have owned. It comes with two shields, a dark and a clear, which is by far the easiest shield switch out I have ever experienced. The great thing about the clear shield is it's anti-fog as well, so great for the rain. The innovative pump system makes for a perfect custom fit and it also has a quick release for an emergency situation. Scorpion thought of everything on this model!
The pump on the inside of the helmet really gives it the perfect fit! I have a pretty skinny head ..
While shopping around for a new lid, I wanted to make sure that I had something lightweight, stable, race ready but still comfortable enough to use as a daily rider and wont break the bank (i'm not in AMA or MotoGP). This usually kept me in the range of the Shoei RF1200, the HJC RPHA10, or the Bell Vortex/Star but after reading the reviews on Scorpions first endeavor into a top level helmet, I had a new contender. The EXO-R2000 delivers all the features you are looking for in a helmet; light weight, wide peripheral view range, massive air flow, cool design, and the free dark visor and "custom" fit with the inflatable cheek pads are the icing and cherry on top.All this and I haven't mentioned the incredible price point. After considering it all, my decision was between either the Bell Star or this helmet. I feel that I went with the smarter choice financially and got a beyond comparable helmet. I will use this helmet for track days and weekend rides in the mountains or in the city.
