Oxford is famous for its Oxford HotGrips, so when the company decided to design some Heated Gloves they had to be good! The glove itself has reflective components for visibility, suede for grip control, padding for impact protection and a shield wipe for rainy conditions. Additionally, it employs a triple-layered waterproof and breathable membrane, so even without a heat source, it's a seriously warm and waterproof glove.
Triple insulated with waterproof and breathable liner.
Discreet power lead connector.
Heavy-duty 500D nylon construction with polyurethane coating on inside.
Large and easy-to-use button for three-stage heat control.
L.E.D. heating status indicator light.
Genuine 1 mm thick leather for maximum durability.
Suede shield wipe for rainy conditions.
Genuine suede to improve grip and control.
Stretch paneling and pads over knuckles.
Class-leading LOW power consumption (no more flat batteries!) yet offers larger heated areas.
The gloves use 1.05 amps / 13.5 watts per pair of gloves.
Longer "gauntlet" style cuff fits over jacket sleeves and incorporates an inner storm guard with easy pull cord tightening system.
Once wired into the bike's battery (a simple job with the full wiring connection kit included), heat can be adjusted using the large (glove-friendly) power button on the top of each glove. This unique heat controller is made from thin, flexible TPR rubber so you cannot feel its presence; its three heat levels are communicated via a colored L.E.D. which glows red, yellow or green to indicate the setting selected - Easy!
An absolute must for anyone considering riding long distance in severely cold conditions. Equally suitable for use on ATV's, snowmobiles and Jet-Ski's.
