It's been hard to believe that Le Pera has been making some of the rigid seats here for 41 years. Le Pera is not just bringing these bad boys back because of the recent interest in choppers. They have always felt these seats represent the roots of the custom bike and have literally not gone out of production since the 70's. From the metal forming dies to the patterns for the covers, these rigid seats are the real deal. Le Pera also has modern designs for your rigid if that is the style you are after. All of the rigid seats come with a universal nose bracket and drilling into the fender is required. Let's face it, that's how it was done back in the day and that's the way it is done now. So wipe off that old scoot - you have just found its perfect match.
Same features as the Le Pera Rigid Baron II one-Piece, only with a two-piece seating area.
16-gauge steel base plate with pleated black Naugahyde covering.
Rider's seat is 19" long, 9" wide.
Passenger seat is 9-1/2" long, 5-1/2" wide.
Carpeted 16-gauge base plate.
Notes: Drilling into the fender is required.
Vinyl Cover Option:
Your first option of all vinyl is the way to go if you want a "go anywhere, do anything" type of seat. It looks great and is easy to take care of. Keep it clean with a damp cloth and go ride. That's it - simple.
