Garbage

I got a set on om 400ex and the tire is garbage they are heavy and have a hard carcase I live in oregon and ride the oregon dunes the tires work when the sand isnt really soft my family and i normaly run 4-5 pounds of air in our sand tire in order for me to get grip and tire flex i had to be down to 2 pounds and low pounds can cause the tire to come off the bead and the tire was still kind of hard, i would recommend spend the extra money and buy ITP sand stars they are light and an all around great tire.

Kenda sand geckos

Shipping on these was way above expectations. I received them amazingly quick. These tires were awesome on the sand. Just make sure not to put too much air in them. The sweet spot was about 2-3 pounds for my son's polaris outlaw 90. I run he same things in a larger size on my outlaw 525 with great results as well.

I love the Sand Gecko

This is my 3rd time buying this paddle tire for a quad over the years. They have always performed flawlessly. They get great traction and slide nicely in the turns.

Big heavy tire

these tires work great for a big heavy quad. I got a set practically brand new for 50 bucks and was really surprised how much heavier they are compared to say scat track extremes. These are great for rockier or more adverse conditions. The paddles are thick and with the intermitent paddle dont have a lot of TROT to them like a straight paddle. At most they are really tough. not great for drag racing but aired down enough you will get out of any hole you get yourself into.

Real aggressive

The tires really throw sand and if you don't have a good quad your just gonna dig holes. We have them on a ds90 got stuck less with stock tires with all the air out.

Perfect

This is a perfect tire for a kid size bike. It has a good mix of grip and slip. My daughter was able to climb big dunes and the paddle did not rob too much power.

I was looking at the sand Gecko tires for my Polaris 400 scrambler 2x4 2002. Is the rims included in the price or extra?

Will the 21-11-8 fit for a stock 2006 yamaha blaster?

A: I wouldn't recommend these tires for anything less than a full size quad. They are a very heavy tire. For something like this a scat trak or sand skate would be a better option for less unsprung weight. And easier for the smaller motor to get it turning.

A: 21-11-8 is pretty big for a blaster. better to go with the same size as the stock trail tires.

A: These tires are sold individually. we do sell wheel/tire packages, that include 2 tires, 2 rims mounted. but the product link for this question is just the tires only.

here's the link to our wheel/tire combo deals.

Q: Would it be better to go bigger or smaller

A: Going from stock 18's to 21's is a big change especially in the sand, if you like the tires try re-gearing it first, going down 1 in the front could help a little and its fairly inexpensive. if not see if a friend has some other sizes to try before you buy.

A: Bigger tires will reduce the power of the quad. I use the same size as the stock trail tires.
