i have a 2006 ltr450 w/big bore kit. Will this exhaust work fine with it? Will i have to do any adjusting?

Answer: The HMF Competition Slip-On Exhaust should work great with your big bore 2006 Suzuki LTR450. Just be sure to correctly select the Year/Make/Model of your ATV before ordering so we can be sure to send you the correct exhaust for your ATV. Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If your bike is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.

Answer: The FMF Powerbomb Header is a larger diameter than the OEM header. This header is designed to FMF Slip-On Mufflers only, I could not say for sure if it would work with the HMF Competition Slip-On.
