Stripped out two of these....

I've not had one of these last an entire race season yet. Even with tight bolts the ID knurl strips out pretty easily. I can't suggest them and won't test a billet for twice the price of the forged to possibly experience the same.

Hood shifter

Very good shifter and very light weight but durable the bolt that holds the shifter one tends to loosen once and a while but it’s no big deal to tighten it

Strong design

I used another brand and would get loose after ride. This fit perfect and secure.

Heavy duty

This is my go to shifter I’ve had about 5 or 6 now, very heavy duty don’t bend or break easy, they last about a season and a half then the splines wear out but I use it very hard racing scrambles

Good Fit and Sturdy

I like the sturdy feel this shifter has and the foot is big to get your boot under or on top so you don't miss a shift. The only one thing I would like to see is if the bolt hole can be better positioned so you can get the bolt in a bit easier? I have a skid plate on and maybe should have taken it off, but it appeared the bolt pattern would have still been a tough reach for my frame. I know you can't make a product for all frame variances. It did say at time of ordering it was a perfect fit for my year bike.

Based off my riding style

It fits well, looks good, but definitely bends way to easy

Hammerhead forged shift lever

I bought this lever to replace my worn out shift lever on my 06 Honda CRF250X and I honestly can say it fit right on my shift shaft splines with no slop whatsoever. The pinch bolt tightened up fine and the lever has been great while riding single track trails. Folds easily in tight ruts and has the same length as the OEM which I liked before it wore the head to where I was slipping off of it with my boot. The head on this new one seems even better than the stock one. A good lever for the price.
