The header and silencer fit a 2016 CRF250R well. Do not use the stock spacer for the mid mounting location, or the rear spring will rub on the silencer. The combo produced a noticeable power increase. We sent the ECU out to Tokyo Mods for a new map.

This pipe helps new motor for my 2013 KX 450 F work so much better than the stock pipe. A lot more low-end and mid range. I'm loving it
I bought mine a few years back and It's outstanding! It makes my 2012 CRF250R sound like a 450. Best investment I've ever made! And it also gives the bike more power i believe.

After installing the exhaust my bike sounds awesome and it gave it more power all the way through the gears. Im loving this thing. And did I mention it looks factory with carbon end cap?
Normally when installing a slip-on only minor changes to the air/fuel ratio are needed, if any at all. If your bike is currently running properly, likely you will not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the machine to see how it is running then decide if you need an purchase an aftermarket EFI tuner .
