I’m very picky on tires I love picking them apart putting them up to different terrains even terrains they are not recommended for the compound or patten the tire is made up of and this has put every other tire to shame. I prefer riding in the woods over track but it has proved itself on both hard pack and muddy conditions

Ran this rear tire last weekend up Sled Ridge and around Penny Pines in Nor Cal with my son . Just installed the 120 width on both our bikes. He is 14 on a 250x and has been riding since he was 3. Rained the day before so we hit everything. Seemed to grip well at 12 psi with UHD Michelin tubes.
My son's edges show a bit more wear than mine but I run a Rekluse so he may have had more wheel spin going up the rocky sections. We hit an area on the East side of Penny Pines that was so deep in mud we turned around. At that section an IRC MB5 would have been better. Pretty much needed a paddle tire as the mud was so deep. Overall it performed well on the stream crossings, roots, mud and rocks. It seems to have pretty good grip for such a small center lug section.
I liked the prior 952 for durability so will see if it holds up as well. Had a new MX52 up front but didn't like the feel. Miss the old 756. Going to try the Goldentyre fatty up front next.
Good tire found it cheapest on motosport.com good for all around trail riding.
This is a great tire for intermediate trails, will last, like all tires it depends on the rider and the track or trail
Great tire!!! Couldn't believe the life of this tire! Got 3 Gnarly scrambles out of it and it still looked good. Tried to get a fourth out of it, and it fell apart. (\I should have known better). Any other tire would have been done the 2nd race. My new favorite!!!!! Reinvented the wheel! Works we'll in mud and kills it on the rock gnar dust pack! Sam
