The front brake sto on dime
fits perfect. the bracket slides great into the OEM caliper. Very happy with this product.
I bought this kit shortly after completely rebuilding my brake calipers and master cylinders on my 2005 cr250r And i rode with the stock rotor for 2 rides then I convinced myself to get the oversized rotor and I couldn’t be happier. Especially for the price.. I almost didn’t but it due to the fact of how cheap it is to be honest. Only thing i did not think about is the stock disc guard obviously won’t fit around this giant rotor and I wish the description stated that
I needed to replace my original OEM rotor that got warped. I decided to pay $40 more than OEM and get an upgraded, modern, oversized floating rotor for more stopping power. This rotor is the deal! Its’s smoother and stronger than the original. It even feels like slightly better modulation at the lever.
I bought this rebuilding a 2003 rm250 a while back. I questioned it because I'm the type that believes you get what you pay for but decided I'd give it a try instead of galfer for $200 more. Beyond happy. This and a braided front line I can put the rm on its nose coming into corners hot. Compared to the old stock 2003 rotor this is 20x better than before.
Easy installation, great performance
Noticeable increase in stopping power.
This rotor performed just as good as my stock rotor. I did not notice any improved braking power. The bracket fit was perfect and the installation was simple. The best part is that now my 2015 YZ250f front wheel will now interchange with our 2016's YZ's (that come with oversized front brake rotors). Which is good in a pinch between motos.

Question:Q: What pads work the best with this for a mx compQuestion asked Over 5 years ago
Question answered by MotoSportExpertUser's contributor status: Top 10Question answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: You can always use the OEM pads for this Driven Blade Oversized Front brake rotor. Many magazine reviews on oversized rotors prefer the OEM pads actually. Another great brand would be the Renthal brade pads.
