Born of Chrome's passion for bikes that have motors and informed by their conversations with friends who ride motorcycles more than they do. Chrome Motor is the result of Chrome's commitment to utility, mobility, and durability. Chrome Motor Bags are made with Chrome's proprietary HD Ballistic Nylon specially developed to resist heat, abrasion, and weather. Each bag is designed with wind-stable strap keepers so riders can stay focused on the road. They have added specific tool pockets to carry basic wrenches, tire gauges, spark plugs, and toll transponders.
Nylon tool roll with nine vertical wrench and driver pockets, large zippered pocket, and magnetic pocket to keep loose bolts and screws from rolling away.
Webbing system fixes securely to most motorcycle frames along seat rails, sissy, or handlebars.
Heat resistant: Chrome's proprietary HD Ballistic Nylon resists heat up to 3x more than typical ballistic nylons.
Wind stable: Integrated strap keepers and fasteners minimize distracting noise and flapping at high speeds.
Abrasion resistant: Chrome HD Ballistic Nylon is 4x more abrasion resistant than traditional ballistic nylons.
American made: Chrome Moto bags are made in Chrome's factory in Chico, California by bag makers with an average of 18 years of experience.
Chrome Motor HD Ballistic Nylon
. Chrome Motor bags are made with their proprietary HD Ballistic Nylon for improved heat and abrasion resistance. Chrome weaves high tenacity yarn in a true 1680 x 1680 ballistic nylon - 1680 threads on the warp and 1680 threads on the weft. Many commercially available ballistic nylons use 1680 on the warp but only 840 on the weft to reduce costs and still call the material "ballistic." They then coat their fabric with a rubberized abrasion-resistant layer. The result is 4x stronger than typical ballistic nylons.
