We caught up with Texas native Carter Halpain while out at Ponca City in Oklahoma for the South Central Area LLQ. Carter recently made the jump up to big bikes and at only 14 years old, is one of the youngest in his class. Don't be fooled though as Halpain is all too familiar with the art of racing motocross.
