The description for this part, is very lacking, in detail. What is it made of, plastic, metal? Can it be shaped to the fender? Will it fit a 2003 VN1500 Classic? Does it require drilling of the fender? Please advise.

A: This will be a chrome plated metal design. It's intended to be fairly universal so bending or forming to your fender's contour may be needed. Also, installing onto the fender either via screws or rivets of some sort would be up to you. Drilling would be necessary in either case.
