I bought this helmet about a month and a half ago. I always wore a small size hat in the military. 7,1/8. It was very tight on my four head. Continue to wear it, thought it might stretch a bit. He did not. The fabric release on the D ring started shredding after a week. The side cover for the Bluetooth somehow got stuck and jammed. I cannot open it. It was also very noisy while riding. I cannot return it, a person with think that bell would stand behind their helmet. Not so. A very unhappy customer.

I've been riding with the Qualifier for about a month now. So far, I really like it. The ventilation is very good. Having the Transition shield included is fantastic. I paid over $100 to add one to my Star and this one came with the helmet. I read some reviews that said the helmet is loud. I haven't noticed it to be much different than my other helmets. I always wear earplugs so regardless it isn't an issue. The graphics are fantastic. What negatives I've noticed are.. the liner isn't the softest materials so it can feel a little rougher than a more expensive helmet. I like the magnetic strap catch on my Star better than this plastic snap that's more fiddly. Beyond that, for $250 it's a great lid.
Let me start by telling you this is my first full face helmet. I've been riding for years without one at all and years with a half helmet. It is definitely a change for me.
I'm very impressed with the feel and quality of the materials in this helmet. The fit and finish is excellent. I did a lot of research on what helmet would fit a long oval head shape best and Bell is definitely a good fit.
It has a pre-molded spot for the Sena SMH-10 Bluetooth (which I also purchased and installed) make sure you get the one for "Mag-9" helmets as the boom fits specifically in this helmet. It was super easy to take out the pads/liners in this for a flawless finished look after install.
The transitions face shield is EXCELLENT. It gets very dark when exposed to direct sunlight - almost black. It's included with this helmet which is a great feature.
It's well vented - for me the non full face helmet girl - was a BIG issue. I had tried on several that made me feel so suffocated inside there I couldn't even fathom wearing them for a long period of time. (haha I know, all in my head)
Overall this is a great helmet for the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to transition to a full face or even just as a new/replacement to an old one. The new Qualifier DLX is also available with MIPS, which is also something I recommend to you if you're looking for new helmet options.
Overall I am very pleased with the helmet. I put over 400 miles on riding my FZ6 this weekend while wearing this helmet. It does have some wind noise, but I am used to wearing a half shell when I ride my Harley, so this does not bother me. It comes with both the tinted and clear visor, and changing them out is a breeze.
design - really nice for sport, nacked and easy
helmet is totally strength and can break wind force.
Inner liner and sponge are soft and comfortable to wearers. I suggest to all buyer for this helmet.
The transitions shield works very good, it changes quickly and gets pretty dark. I am very impressed with the fit and the finish.
Found the helmet to be a little big and the size smaller to tight, . It has feels light and love the transition shield. Good buy for the money.
