If you have a dirtbike you gotta have these, super cheap and saves you time, effort, and possibly cables and fork seals. You wanna make sure you angle them so they point directly to where you hook to otherwise they can twist and loosen your bolt. They are small and strong and have never got in the way of anything. They're great
So much better to strap down the bike!!
To be fair I have only use these once they seems to work. BUT as with other products usage & duration are needed to determine if these are any good, if they will hold up. I would recommend these for smaller motorcycles, not so sure yet with the bigger machines. I ride a YZ450F, not a toy, when it's time to secure trailer & machine my 230 pounds, definitely puts a serious tug on an item.
these are so much easier to tie down your bikes easy install
I attached these where my passenger pegs were on my 07 GSXR 600 track bike. Makes strapping bike into my trailer a lot easier.
Have them on all my dirt bikes. Many years ago when I first installed I was worried it would somehow effect the torque of the triple clamp bolts. But have never had an issue. tie down straps can be kept a bit shorter and dont have to worry about control cables etc.
I have been tying my straps to my handle bars for years now and once I found these little clips I got them for all of my bikes. They protect your handle bars from getting all scratched up and are definitely worth the 7 bucks instead of having beat up handle bars. Durable
And strong was a bit scared of them at first cause they looked a little flimsy but are definitely strong enough for the job they serve if not stronger. Would buy again if I get another bike! Great product!
Extremely easy to put on and use. Much better then using soft ties!
I think every bike should come from the factory with these on them no more scratched up handle bars or pinched cables
