Great idea. Was really looking forward to a tool that would make this difficult job easier. Threaded cable through wheel, screwed into the valve stem, put tube in wheel gave a very slight tug, and the cable came out of the handle on this tool. OK, I though, that stinks, but I'll just use pliers this time and rig the cable back to the handle when I am done. Grabbed pliers, grabbed cable with pliers, pulled lightly, and the cable pulled out of the valve stem end of the tool. Did they attach the cable with shewed bubble gum or elmers paper glue? This would be great tool if it had been built well. Unfortunately this tool is built terribly. Now I am left with an overpriced valve stem remover. Motosport needs to stop selling this right now. Selling junk like this is bad for their reputation.

Core remover worked fine, but when I went to pull the valve stem through the hole, the wire pulled out of the handle. I grabbed the wire with my safety wire pliers and it pulled out of the other end too. This made me have to unmount the side of the tire that I just got on, and I had to smash my fingers trying to get the valve stem through the hole the old fashioned way.
Makes it so much easier getting the valve through the rim, particularly on narrow rims when you have large hands
It is ok don't pull to hard you get about 25 tires changed before the cable breaks
I haven't had any quality issues and it seems well made. Nice to have an extra valve core remover but haven't really had much trouble getting valve stem into rim without it. I guess it depends on your method of changing tires
This tool is awsome! If you are tired of fighting tires to get the valve stem through the rim, buy this and you won't have this problem. Your fingers will thank-you.
Boy I wish I had this thing the first time I changed tubes. It doesn't take all of the difficulty out of the job, but it certainly does ASSIST in getting the valve stem started through the hole. I recommend this tool for anyone who likes to do the work on their bike themselves.
did the job. durable.
i hate 19 inch rear tires, i call them knuckle rippers .the bike master valve puller makes the job much easier. simple design . works good.
This thing is cheap, and broke apart in my hand as I was using it. Looked cool, but pretty worthless
This tool has two basic functions. One is as a valve core remover. The other is to pull the valve stem through the rim while installing the tire. I bought it intending to use it as a valve core remover. It worked pretty poorly for this purpose. The valve core piece of the tool is only loosely attached to the tool. It's difficult to get any leverage and the tool is somewhat weak. The valve core part of the tool broke after about 5 uses. The valve stem puller part is fine and works as expceted, but I don't really find any need for this function when installing tires.
Used this product three times now, works well ! Good constuction.
Will not put another tire on with out one.
I first thought this thing was a joke. A silly piece of steel wire with the guts of a valve stem crimped to the end. I had three sets of tires to mount, and bought this to give it a try. All I can say is- It works! It made it so easy to pull the stem through the wheel I was laughing about it. No more fishing around with your fingers trying to find the valve stem.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because after the first use it came loose. That was not a problem though, once I tightend it back up, it worked great the rest of the day. Now it has a new home in my tool box next to my tire irons.
Saves time and skin on your fingers. Makes the job a lot faster
Poor quality tool it got bent up when i tried to remove a valve core soft metal also the wire got kinked super easy. Broke after first use.
