Yoshimura Exhaust Series Descriptions:

Enduro Series: In the mid 90's Yoshimura didn't go to the dirt; the dirt came to Yoshimura. Enduro Series systems are an evolution of Yoshimura's early off road efforts crafting off-road exhaust systems. The Enduro Series are all equipped with U.S.F.S.-approved spark arrestor, forest-friendly noise levels, and are tailpipe emissions compliant. (CARB/EPA tail-pipe emissions compliant; all applications are marked with appropriate EPA noise emissions labels.)

Race Series: If you're looking for that competitive edge, look no further than Yoshimura's Race Series. These exhaust systems are designed with nothing but power in mind. Each Race Series system is developed in accordance with noise compliance regulations imposed by most racing sanctioning bodies worldwide. FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION ONLY; NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE.

Signature Series: Introducing Signature Series by Yoshimura - an offering of exhaust systems that a dealer can install with confidence. The Signature Series lineup is the answer for today's dealer who is faced with a challenging marketplace. The applications for the Signature Series line cover the entire powersports spectrum, including many off-road applications. Everyone of Yoshimura's Championship Winning Motocross exhaust systems and nearly all of the ATV / Side-by-Side applications are all members of the Signature Series Family. All Signature Series components are tested, documented, and marked as required by federal and state regulations. (CARB/EPA tail-pipe emissions compliant; all applications are marked with appropriate EPA noise emissions labels and certified by an independent laboratory for EPA noise compliance.)

A: Unfortunately neither manufacture offers sound specs for these pipes. I would say the Yoshimura would probably be a little bit louder. Bother would be louder than your stock exhaust.

A: All products sold on Motosport.com are for US models only. We unfortunately do not have product fitment for non-us models. Also any street legal products are designed for US emissions and laws.

A: Both the Yoshimura TRS Comp Series Complete Exhaust With Stainless Header and the Pro Circuit T-4 Complete Exhaust System available for your bike are going to meet the AMA and FIM sound restrictions of 96db with the inserts installed. They will be louder than stock if you remove the inserts.

A: It is hard to give a specific horsepower gain for this exhaust on your bike but normally switching to a aftermarket full exhaust system will give you a gain of around 3-5+ Horsepower.

Q: Would I have to rejet my carbirator if I install this on my 2003 drz 125 dirt bike?

A: That really would depend on how your bike is jetted now and how it runs once the exhaust is installed. Generally when changing exhaust systems you will have to make changes to your jetting. With more exhaust flow out of the bike you will more than likely need a different air/fuel mixture going into the bike for it to run properly.

A: Yes, this exhaust is available for your 2003 DRZ125L. Please make sure to profile your bike correctly so you receive the exhaust specific to your bike. Keep in mind when installing aftermarket exhaust systems, you may need to re-jet the carburetor for the bike to run properly and to prevent engine damage.
