These 3/4 Systems are manufactured from polished 304 stainless steel and feature a deep draw polished stainless steel end cap. The muffler itself is quite innovative. It features a multi-staged construction that starts with a straight baffle that initially flows into a large volume perforated baffle chamber. From there, gases flow into a floating baffle that is integrated into the end cap. Inside the floating baffle is a USFS-approved spark arrestor. Low 96db sound levels keep the RS-8 friendly on the trails or the track. The overall design produces big increases in power and torque.

3/4 Exhaust Systems include:

  • Stainless steel muffler construction.
  • Stainless steel 3/4 tail-pipe.
  • Installation hardware.
  • Detailed instructions.

There is a 18 mm thread on this exhaust so can you please tell me what it's for. Should I block it up?

This would be for an O2 sensor, if you are running an Autotune kit from Power Commander this is where it would be installed. If you are not utilizing an O2 sensor, this can be just plugged up.

I'm not certain what you mean by your question, but if you refer to this link you will find complete installation instructions. Please keep in mind this exhaust is specific to the CAN-AM Commander Side x Side models. http://gfx.motosport.com/product/Yoshimura/390504G500.pdf
