Will the application of Yoshi RS-3 full system exhaust require the carb to be re-jetted?

Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If your machine is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the machine to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary. More than likely due to the known factory jetting issues in that carb, we would HIGHLY suggest to get a jet kit.

Where can I get just the mid pipe and header, I already bought the mufflers.?

Yoshimura only offers the Full Exhaust System or the Dual Slip-On Mufflers for your 2006 Honda CRF250R. They do not offer the header and "Y-Pipe" separately from the full exhaust and the Slip-On Mufflers are only made to be used on the Stock Mid "Y-Pipe", they would not work with the "Y-pipe" that comes with the full exhaust because the diameter where the mufflers connect it different on the full exhaust system. From what I can tell the Slip-on mufflers and the Full system muffers are also different and are not interchangeable.
