Yoshimura Exhaust Series Descriptions:

Enduro Series: In the mid 90's Yoshimura didn't go to the dirt; the dirt came to Yoshimura. Enduro Series systems are an evolution of Yoshimura's early off road efforts crafting off-road exhaust systems. The Enduro Series are all equipped with U.S.F.S.-approved spark arrestor, forest-friendly noise levels, and are tailpipe emissions compliant. (CARB/EPA tail-pipe emissions compliant; all applications are marked with appropriate EPA noise emissions labels.)

Race Series: If you're looking for that competitive edge, look no further than Yoshimura's Race Series. These exhaust systems are designed with nothing but power in mind. Each Race Series system is developed in accordance with noise compliance regulations imposed by most racing sanctioning bodies worldwide. FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION ONLY; NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE.

Signature Series: Introducing Signature Series by Yoshimura - an offering of exhaust systems that a dealer can install with confidence. The Signature Series lineup is the answer for today's dealer who is faced with a challenging marketplace. The applications for the Signature Series line cover the entire powersports spectrum, including many off-road applications. Everyone of Yoshimura's Championship Winning Motocross exhaust systems and nearly all of the ATV / Side-by-Side applications are all members of the Signature Series Family. All Signature Series components are tested, documented, and marked as required by federal and state regulations. (CARB/EPA tail-pipe emissions compliant; all applications are marked with appropriate EPA noise emissions labels and certified by an independent laboratory for EPA noise compliance.)

Street Series: All Street Series systems are slip-on / bolt-on applications that do not require tampering with the vehicle's emissions control system, yet still deliver that special spirit the world has come to expect from the legendary company known as Yoshimura. Street Series applications cover all of the iconic profiles that Yoshimura has become famous for. From the legendary tri-oval profiles to the refined carbon fiber R-77 mufflers, and even the R-55 angular masterpieces. Yoshimura's Street Series exhaust offer street-legal options for almost everything on two wheels. Great..!

Bought the Rs-2 System for my 09 Yz450F and installed it I have say awesome difference! Had to buy a new exhaust gasket and the stock mid pipe clamp didn't fit the rs-2 so had to buy new. Overall the Exhaust is on point and bike performs well! Had to do a few jetting adjustments but it was excellent. Worth the price

Yoshimura RS-2 for ltz400

I bought this pipe for my 2005 ltz400. Installation was pretty simple but the mid pipe was touching the frame, but after doing a little adjusting i was able to get so it doesn't touch. Overall the pipe added some decent power, looks sick and sounds good.

Awesome Exhaust

I purchased this exhaust for my YZ250F '06 and I can just feel the difference riding from the stock pipe. I also purchased and installed a 99dB insert for it to help that much more and it has done wonders! I would definitely consider this exhaust for a Yamaha if you are looking for one!

Smooth power curve and quiet

The install is easy and the power curve is better then stock exhaust system and make power more manageable on my 2007 Honda CRF 450, also the people I ride with say they can't hear me until I pass them so the system is quieter then the stock system. I would buy the exhaust system again any time I buy a new bike.

Most aftermarket systems sound pretty much the same. Some have a deep sound and some, after a few miles, have a raspy sound. Some will have a different tone and even the same exhaust system can sound differently on different models of motorcycles. In general most systems are around 92 to 98db's. If you run your rpm up to the rev limiter the db's may go as high as 100 to 102+db's.

No. Because the engine and frames were redesigned between 2004 and 2007, The 2007 Kawasaki KX250F exhaust system will not fit on the 2004 Kawasaki KX250F.

Does the addition of the Yoshimura exhaust system need further bike help?
I have owned 2 recently made HD's. An ultra and put on Vance and Hines slip on's and it needed a retune. My Night Rod wore some awesome tab slip on's and they said no upgrade needed. So I am completely confused and will never buy another HD! Does the CRF110F need additional work after installing the Yoshimura system? Thanks in advance.

Normally when switching over to any aftermarket full exhaust system you will have to retune/re-jet for optimal performance. With a slip-on exhaust usually only minor tuning is required. Jetting can be very technical and somewhat tricky. I can't really recommend specific jet sizes for your Honda CRF110 as it would depend on your location (alititude/temperature). I would recommend taking your bike to a shop with a service department to have it re-jetted after the exhaust is installed.

For jetting specifications specific to your location. Your best will be to call Yoshimura directly and they can provide their recommended jetting specs. Yoshimura can be reached at 1-800-634-9166.
