If you race, you crash eventually. When you crash, things bend/break. Nice thing about these clip-on bars is that they've fit every single clip-on clamp I've used, from every manufacturer. Super cheap, so I keep a couple in my toolbox, in case I or my buddies have an off.

just like i use vortex rearsets i also use clip-ons because if you do trackdays and not even just trackdays but if you ride, then there may come a time when you lay your motorcycle down and factory handlebars can be pretty expensive if they bend or break. With vortex clip-ons if you drop your bike and break or bend the handlebar, you don't have to replace the whole clip-on just the clip-on bar which is only like $15 compared to over a $100 they are just as strong as stock and pretty much sit in the same position. They only take about 30 minutes to change and you can do it in your garage.

A: No, the Vortex replacement clip-on doesn't fit the stock application. You will need to purchase the full Vortex set, or replace the broken one with another OEM handlebar.

what length & O.D. is this bar?

A: Well, unfortunately the length of these replacement-clip-ons is unknown as it is not listed by Vortex anywhere. However, they are completely universal (for the use of any modern sportbike) in the sense that they are all standard in length and all have the same diameter. This is simply a replacement bar (clip-on) to whatever came stock on your bike (and all bikes share the same general clip-on dimensions), so this should work just fine for you either way.....

A: No this is not a full handle bar... this is a replacement bar for vortex clip-ons.
