The chains come in bulk lengths that will need to be cut to fit once you have installed the sprockets on your bike. Chain breakers make this very quick and easy.

Your 2003 Honda CBR600RR comes stock (OEM) with 525 pitch chain and sprockets. If you are currently running 525 pitch sprockets, you will have to go with the same pitch chain. You can find the 525 pitch Vortex chains here: http://www.motosport.com/motorcycle/search/?textsearch=vortex+525+chain

Wear on a chain is very subjective to a number of factors including type of use, maintenance of chain and sprockets, how clean you keep and lube the chain and how your ride. Chain life is very hard to judge, but most of the time you can gauge your expected chain life by the recommended service interval listed in your owners or OEM service manual(s).
