Vemar Helmets has been producing and selling helmets since 1986. Relying on the twenty-year experience in compound fibers gained by the company in producing items in the wine-making and plumbing sector, in 1986 Riccardo Simoni, founding shareholder, decided to start producing crash helmets for motorcyclists. The firm began producing helmets in composite materials for some of the leading Italian and foreign brands together with the Vemar trademark production.
Replacement heated, double-pane face shield for the Vemar Jiano helmet.
Supremely anti-fog and non-scratch 2.2 mm thick quick-release shield.
The Jiano shield closes when the chin bar of the helmet is opened. (Not all modular helmets do this. If both the chin bar of a helmet and the shield are open at the same time the aerodynamic effect created is very uncomfortable (unsafe) for the rider, this risk is eliminated with the Jiano.)
