Featuring a distinctive stepped megaphone design, Pro Pipe Black is the latest evolution in the Vance & Hines 2-into-1 legacy, improving performance over its predecessors and competitors by utilizing a stepped header and larger volume merge collector.

Complete with header and collector heat shields, as well as a shield over the first step of the megaphone, Pro Pipe Black is finished with an elegant CNC-machined end cap. Optional quiet and competition baffles are also available.

For 2012, Vance & Hines has designed a new flat plane mounting panel for the 12 mm oxygen sensors now employed across the Touring model line, which positions the sensor deeper into the exhaust stream, providing enhanced data feedback to the ECM.

  • Broad / usable torque increase.
  • Stepped headers, larger merge collector.
  • Flat plane 12 mm oxygen sensor mounts.
  • Optional quiet and competition baffles.
  • Note: Vance & Hines recommends installing a Vance & Hines Fuelpak with any exhaust change on fuel-injected models.

LOVE the sound

I installed these pipes yesterday, along with a Screamin' Eagle Stage 1 air cleaner and a Vance and Hines Fuelpak on an otherwise stock 2012 Harley Dyna Switchback. I'll give one bummer to V&H for what I think is poor quality control- there was one small hole where the 2 pipes merge into one where the weld was incomplete. Probably wouldn't have made a difference, but I had a friend weld the hole closed. They also shorted me one hose clamp. Installation went well, the pictures in the instructions blow because they are too dark to be useful in some parts. However, everything fit very well. After programming the Fuelpak, I started the bike and it fired up and ran great, no check engine light, sounded AWESOME. Definitely louder than stock, but not bad at all at cruising speed. It's exactly what I wanted my bike to sound like. The bike is also snappier at lower - mid rpm's. I'm hoping the mileage will at least stay the same as before. I would definitely recommend this!!! And- Motosport got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price!
