Works good, no leaks, even after falling a few times! The little red sucker looks kind of cool too. You better get you one quick before they get outlawed or something (Ca). Looks good on my XR250R , Red of coarse.
Looks good, works good, great price from Motosport. What more could you need from a vent cap?
In all seriousness, this is a great product. Has stayed on more many rides and races and keeps gas from spilling out of my gas cap when my bike it upside down.

Pretty hard to mess up a part as simple as this, but in any case, this is a great peice that looks good, stays put, and keeps gas from pouring out my cap when my bike is upside down on a steep hillclimb that I just got nasty on.
I got one kf these and I took the stock tube on my bike off I dknt understand it's too small around the bottom to fit on the gas cap.. I dknt know there's a little piece on my gas cap should I take it off or keep that on and finagle the vent onto it?? I'm new with this stuff btw thanks..
Really this should work for any dirt bike gas cap. From what I can tell looking at the OEM diagrams for your CRF80F it looks like the "extra" you are referring to would be the larger part at the top of the tube coming out of the gas cap this would slide onto. I wouldn't think you would necessarily remove or cut off that part, as doing so may not leave enough material to hold this vent hose on. Realistically the rubber hose should be able to be stretched over that larger portion at the top of the cap (lubrication may be needed to help). I would recommend trying to get this on the cap as it is before modifying your gas cap in any way.
It's tough to put on because you have to work it onto the gas cap. I thought it didn't fit either when I got mine. Put one side on and work and twist the tube around the cap piece soon enough it will go on
