Good Purchase
Put these braces on my kx250f yesterday. Took about an hour all together. The fit was really good but I did have to shave some of the plastic on the inside, not a big deal at all though. Even with the plastic shaved theres still a little effort that goes into getting the shrouds on now but once on everything looks really good and you can tell the radiators are much more sturdy. Havent been able to test them out yet but I feel a lot better now knowing my radiators are protected.

Great investment!
Considering that these guards cost 100$ and to replace just one radiator would cost 200$, this is a really great investment. This is a great way to protect yourself from being stranded in the woods or even ruining your bike.

Very Sturdy
These are very sturdy braces for the radiator. I bought these for my 06 crf 250r after slightly denting one of my raditors which made install alittle more difficult. I gave the install 4 stars due to additional steps including draining coolant and taking off some radiator hoses. I didnt remove the fuel tank and some didnt do some other steps on my bike. All I did for install was remove side plastic, drain coolant, and remove a couple radiator hose end where I needed to feed the braces through, the right side i didnt need to remove any hoses but the left side I did. They look great all after installed. These braces are very sturdy and am not thinking of my radiators now for log crossings.

Moose Guards
Quite a bit of work. Have to purge coolant and remove lines to install the guards on my KTM 525exc. The guards fit well but there is a bit of "Chinese puzzle" jockeying to wrap them around the radiators and get the support studs all lined up and ready to mount. Once you get past these steps, installation is a breeze. I'm pretty good with a wrench and it took me about an hour and a half to complete the entire project, including refilling the cooling system and test ride.
The quality of the guards appears to be quite good. Everything seems stout and durable. I didn't drop my bike last weekend so didn't get to fully test them out but, I feel a higher level of security knowing my radiators are now protected.

Saved!
I've only had these on my bike for a short time and they have saved my rads already once, and are still looking good and solid!! The install takes some effort but not to much.

Durable.
Crashed my YZ450F near 40mph. Destroyed my header. Brackets kept my radiator straight. Very impressed.

Protection
Very solid design. Make sure you order the right pair if you have a radiator fan on your KTM.
