Good, but overkill
After my first dismal effort changing a tire I bought this beast and a pair of Motion Pro spoons. The Mighty Tire Iron is just like the name implies. The tip design worked well and the beast gives all the leverage you could ever need, but it seems a bit overkill for a dirt bike tire anyway - quite long and kind of in the way. Definitely a good quality tool though.

Im not going to lie, I really didnt want to spend 30 bucks on a tire iron. I have other and they worked ok, but were always a pain. This thing works great, super strong and you get ALOT of leverage with it putting on those stubborn tires. Would definately buy one again for sure.

Will this tire iron make it easier to put tires on?
i have a 19 inch wheel and it takes me over an hour to put a tire on and thats with using a 15 inch and 10 inch lever. also, does a tire stand help? thanks.

A nice tire iron will help making tire changes easier but its all about the technique. and a tire stand may help but why spend money on something you do not need.? the best way to go about it is to have two of the same size tire irons. that way you get used to the feel of them, and the more you do the better you will become.

They are different than a screw driver because they have more of a spoon style end to get more coverage while popping the bead. Also it has a lip on the end to help keep the tire from slipping off the iron. These are sold individually.
