2002 was the last year of the older bulb style, which will not work with the H6M. Unfortunately I don't have a Halogen replacement for the stock bulb in your particular ATV.

Yes, these are the correct bulb for the 2013 Yamaha YFZ450 and do not need to make any modifications when installing. When you are installing, make sure not to touch the bulb with your fingers as the oils from your hand will cause it to burn out.
