Product Description

The T-4 System is a tunable version of Pro Circuit's more exotic Ti-4R System and includes the all new, sound-reducing RC-4 Resonance Chamber. Pro Circuit developed T-4 Complete Exhaust System with the intention of satisfying your motorcycle's thirst for more power at a reasonable cost. It will boost your bike's overall power by not only adding raw performance but will also add power by shaving weight. The durability of the T-4 is beefed up by using stainless steel for the head and mid pipe. Pro Circuit stepped up the performance of the T-4, making it tunable by including both spark arrestor and race tip so you can choose your end cap to match your riding conditions.

  • Lightweight 6061 T-6 aluminum sleeve.
  • A removable U.S.F.S.-approved spark arrestor and race tip are included with every exhaust.
  • Maintenance on the T-4 exhaust is simple with the bolt-on removable end cap.
  • RC-4 Resonance Chamber to reduce noise.
  • Billet aluminum mounting bracket.
  • Meets AMA / FIM sound requirements.
  • Note: The RC-4 Resonance Chamber, depending on year of your bike, might not be included with the system.

The T-4 exhaust gives you the ability to take your dirt bike off the track to the unbeaten path with the U.S.F.S.-approved spark arrestor but, when you are on the track using the race tip, the T-4 will meet all AMA and FIM sound restrictions.

Best buy
I bought this exhaust for my crf230f and rejected the carburetor when I threw it on. It has a significant added amount of bottom end power and sounds great

Awsome
I bought this for my 2005 trx450r and wow what a difference! There is a lot of bottom end power gain, but especially a huge top end gain! I love this pipe because it is loud enough to sound great, but it isnt too loud. Its quieter than and fmf but gives a better deep and throaty sound. Its a great buy!

Great Add-on
Couldn't ask for a better upgrade for these pit bikes for the money you spend. Definitely a must-have.

BEST EXHAUST EVER
I got this exhaust for my cf150f and it sounds so much louder than the stock exhaust and it adds soooo much power!! It feels like a 150r!!! I definetly recommend!!!! But the exhaust in the picture is not the exhaust. If you want to see the exhaust go to youtube and type peachm10 in the search box and scroll through the videos and go to the one that says crf150f pro circuit t4 complete exhaust system. BUY THIS PIPE!!!

PC really lives up to their reputation
Bought this pipe for a 05 trx450r to replace some cheap aftermarket pipe it had. WOW this pipe now only sounds awesome but it aslo gave the quad more feel in the throttle and top end and over-rev are far better then before. I really did not notice much difference on the bottom end.

Sweeeet pipe
I got this exhaust system for my '03 125 suzuki and it made a huge difference, but i reccomend if u get this system re-jet the carb because if u dont ur bike wont be getting enough fuel and itll bog down, also i had to drill 1 inch holes in my air box and put some pops in it......all together i was about 260 dollars in but it was most definatly worth it...RIDE ON!!!

So much more power!
i put this beast on my crf150f. I did''t think that this exhaust would add as much power as it did. sure i though yeah my bike is going to sound better and it did. The thing looks great on there too, i certainly recommend. you won't care about the price when you get the result. The only problem i had was i got burnt 3 times cause it has no guard over it but i got some exhaust wrap, put it on their and that fixed it.

Yes, this will definitely fit your Yamaha TT-R125. Just make sure and select the correct model information when adding the exhaust to your cart.

Is this full system good for a 2012 TRX250X?
MotoSport Staff
1 month 22 days ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, this will be a great exhaust to install on your TRX250X. This setup will increase the bottom end while not sacrificing any pull. You'll also notice the mid-range to be stronger. This system is much light than the stock components and sounds great as well.

no your stock head pipe will be to small. and plus if you got a whole system it will perform way better than a slip on.

Is it loud? whats the loudes muff. that will fit. crf 230f.?
Over 3 years ago Location: Cavalier, North Dakota
Yes the Pro Circuit T-4 Exhaust system is loud, i had it recorded by a cop and mine wide open was at a little over 98 db. It will fit the crf230f. If you want it even louder than normal you can take the packing out of it, but you will have problems starting your bike both cold and hot. And you will slowely tare up the engine because lack of back pressure.

What size JETS??
I just bought this exhaust system and need jets for my 2002 Yamaha TTR-125, which jet sizes do i need? a website link would be great! THANKS!

Unfortunately I can not recommend any jetting specs since they vary depending on the mods you done to your bike and where you are located. The best spot for jetting specs would be your local shop mechanic.

What does it look like?

The T-4 has the same shape as the Ti-4. The T-4 has a stainless steel look as oppose to the titanium on the Ti-4.

RE-Jet?
Do you need to re jet or will it be fine
Over 3 years ago Location: Texas
Any time you change the way an engine breaths, it will require some aditional attension. In this case, read the plug! Put the pipe on, it WILL increase performance and the noises my A-M exaust makes are superberb. Then go ride! Use it! Then bring it home and read the plug. The ceramic on the end of the plug should be tan to brown. If it is black, you have too much fuel in the chamber, and if it is white, too little. Good Luck!!! Old Thumper Dude.

How much horse power does it add to a stock Suzuki drz125?
2004 Suzuki drz125
Over 3 years ago Location: Texas
The pat answer is that it will make X percent of power. Yes, I put and X in for the number because to be perfectly honest, no one knows for sure. Not the exact number. Keep reading! It will make a differance, but if any one tells you it will make six and one half extra horsepower, they are misleading you. do you breath the same air at the same height above sea level? Does your motor have the same gas in it that the tester does? how about the same oil? That is the problem, there are just to many factors in the equasion. Yes, it will wake up your motor, but in a stock machine, you will never use all of it. if you intend to go further, filter mods, jetting, air box mods, ect... you will and it will be a bigger gain that over stock. Personaly, it sounds soooo sweet! Good Luck... Old Thumper Dude.
