I couldn't get these to fit with my MSR/Enduro Engineering style handguards. They were well made and sturdy. The small o-ring fit in my stock KTM bars - the end mounts just wouldn't work with the guards.
I first started using these inserts five years ago on my 96' YZ 250 with Renthal CR Low 7/8 bars and I continue to use this product on my 07' KX250F I havent had arm pump since I first purchased them back in 2006! Amazing product!
A great additon to my fat bar. They make a difference. I'm not sure what it is the handle bar, anti vib inserts or the few tums I take every time I go out but by hands feel much better and no more arm pump.
FASST makes great stuff and great product support. I am confident these inserts will help for anyone riding a 2 -stroke that gets arm pump. The only problem is if you cut your bars down (mine are 30") the insetrs will not fit. I ended up cutting a couple inches off th ends of the inserts to get them to fit far enough into my bars so that I could install my bark busters. The other option is to get them machined so the diameter can be made smaller so that you can shove them further into your bars. If you don't use bark busters you may be o.k. In any case I almost had to cut each one in half to get them to fit which seemed like a waste but they seemed to have helped a great deal. They are very well made parts and I hope some day to be able to afford their Flex bars as well.
These are specifically made for the Renthal Twinwall Handlebars.
According to Fasst Company's application chart the Standard 7/8" Inserts will actually work with Pro Taper 1-1/8" bars like the Metal Mulisha Bars.
I would recommend checking the Inner Diameter of the hole in the end of your handlebars just to be certain. Fasst company notes that the bars must have 13.5mm I.D.
The Anti-Vibration bar inserts helps eliminate the vibration and abuse sent to your hands, arms and wrists while riding. They were given a 10 out of 10 in the product test in Transworld Motocross Magazine.
No, these ones do not fit the twin walls. You would need to order the ones specifically for the twin walls.

It's kind of strange. Basically the standard size inserts are for the fallow applications: Renthals 7/8th bars, the Fat bars, and all pro tapers.. The twin wall inserts only work with the twin walls and the O'neal double cross bars. So if you have fat bars you want to go with the standard anti-vibe inserts.
Fasst Company Anti-Vibration Bar Inserts are small weights that you insert inside the ends of your handlebars to help kill the vibration transferred to your hands through the grips.
With models to fit every style of handlebar available, Fasst Company's bar inserts are a breeze to install. The difference is easy to detect from the moment you fire up your motorcycle, as the buzz transferred through the handlebars is drastically reduced. For riders who are not very sensitive to changes made to their bikes, Fasst Company suggests installing one side at a time, with a ride in between to detect the difference in feel. With years of experience using the inserts, we need no convincing of their benefits.
The inserts add approximately 1/8" to each side of your handlebars. Super-sensitive riders might want to trim their handlebars to compensate for the added width.
Fasst Company Anti-Vibration Bar Inserts are not new, but they are a staple when it comes to making your bike more comfortable and easier to ride hard throughout an entire moto. You can't see them, but you can definitely feel them!
