The tool works great and the wire is perfect. This tool is a must if you are going to put safety wire your grips. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the tool comes with no directions and can be tricky if you've never used safety wire pliers.

Makes life easy
I didn't purchase mine from motosport, and i wish i did because i would have saved $10. But that's the only downfall i have about this product! It makes it so easy instead of sitting there for hours trying to do the job with pliers. It locks tight on the wire, and the easy pull thing at the end makes it quick to spin the wire. works amazing!

Nice pair of safety wire pliers, seem to work well. The clip to lock them in the closed position is difficult to get to lock, this is the only reason for not givinig them 5 stars. Nice quality for the price. The bonus of getting enough safety wire to get started with them is nice.
