Big Gun Eco System Slip-On Exhaust for RZR 800

I purchased for a 2013 RZR800S LE. Fit and finish are perfect once I got a new oem exhaust gasket. Sounds great, looks even better. Be sure to order a new oem exhaust gasket. Takes a little finesse to get on but makes the system fit. Almost impossible to get old gasket off without destroying it. Also I recommend getting a spring puller, makes the install easier without having to take apart the entire rear of the RZR.

I have a 2007 crf 250r it has a stock header and stock getting, i live in ohio just normal around sea level will i have to rejet my carb?
or if not rejeting can i just slip it on with the mid pipe and go?

Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If you bike is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.

I have a 2006 crf 250r with dual exhaust. Does this come with a mid pipe or do I have to purchase that separate?

This slip on would include the mid-pipe for your 2006 Honda CRF250R.

Since my stock exhaust is on the left side, will this slip on, face the right the way? Like will the decals be on the right side?
Was just wondering if it will face the right way. I have 2013 grizzly 700... And like I said, I was just wondering if the exhaust would face the right way on the left side, and or mount right: my question is regarding the big gun Eco exhaust slip on ES series.

Fuel re-mapping?
Using this product (Big Gun Eco slip on) on a 2014 Yamaha YFZ 450R. Will I need to also purchase a re-programer for the EFI system? Will also be running a K&N air filter, but everything else will be stock other than the slip on muffler selection.

Normally with a slip on you would only need to make minor changes if any at all. With that K&N Filter you will likely be getting more airflow into your intake which would more than likely mean you would need to tune your fuel mapping. With the set up you are running on your YFZ I would say that it would be a good idea to get a Fuel Programmer as well.

Will this slip-on exhaust fit on my 2012 Yamaha Grizzly 350 4x4?
Expert MotoSport Staff
4 months 4 days ago
Yes, this slip-on is made for your 2012 Yamaha Grizzly 350 4x4. You will just want to make sure you are shopping under the Utility ATV section of our website and have the correct ATV selected as the "ride you are shopping for". Here is a link that will help you find that exhaust listed for your ATV: http://www.motosport.com/utility/2012-yamaha-GRIZZLY-350-4X4--big-gun-eco-system-slipon-exhaust?mmy_source=topnav

Will this work on my 2013 RSX 850i?
What would you recommend for my 850i? I am trying to make it quieter. Thanks!!
MotoSport Staff
Over 7 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Unfortunately we do not have this exhaust available for the RSX850i. Typically the stock exhaust is going to be quieter than the aftermarket mufflers available. Usually when trying to make the Utility ATV's and UTV's quieter, you add an additional muffler. Unfortunately these additional muffler are model specific and I do not see any of these companies producing the silent exhausts for the RSX850i at this time.

Unfortunately this slip on designed to work with the stock header. Fitment cannot be guaranteed with another manufacturers head pipe.

Have a KFX 450r 2013 thinking about getting big gun Eco slip on exhaust will I need a new EFI controler?
MotoSport Staff
Over 10 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Depending how your bike is running based on your current location will play a large part in whether a EFI controller will be absolutely required. Typically adding an exhaust will create a lean condition. This will happen more at lower elevations near sea level. As you go up in elevation the bikes typically run richer and you have a better chance of not needing to modify the fuel injection to have the bike run okay. Keep in mind, you are changing the flow characteristics of the engine, and for it to run absolutely perfect, will require tuning the fuel injection system to compensate for the changes. We always recommend purchasing an EFI controller to tune with for proper performance and promoting engine life.
