This pipe is a must have for all rancher owners. Great power, broad gains in low mid and high RPMs the sound alone will be enough to make you happy. The styling could be better. overall this pipe gets a 5 out of 5 from me
I bought this product last year in december and have just been amazed with the sound and the additional gain in horse power , and over all i would go back to HMF agin for another exhaust and would recommend this product to anyone.
Yes, this exhaust is available for your 2000 Honda Foreman 450 ES. Keep in mind that when installing an aftermarket exhaust, the ATV may need to be re-jetted after installation for the engine to run properly and to prevent engine damage. Please make sure to profile your ATV correctly when ordering as these exhausts are model specific.
Yes, this muffler will be much louder than the stock muffler. Depending whether or not you need a complete muffler, we do have some options. The quietest setups will be the stock muffler with an additional aftermarket silencer. This is what hunters use for the ultimate in quiet exhausts. All of the aftermarket silencers will be louder than the stock one unfortunately, so we would need to know how quiet you are trying to be. If you have further questions regarding sound or fitment, please give us a call and we are more than happy to help you find a solution for your exhaust.

I'd say this would be an excellent pipe for the Grizzly. It will open it up bit and give the quad a throaty sound. It's a breeze to install and works with all of the stock components. I doubt you'll need to jet the quad with just a slip-on. The only way to tell if you need to rejet is to install the pipe and run the quad. If you can't dial the carb in with the fuel screw, thats a good indication you'll need to rejet. Jetting is a case by case deal, that is why it's hard to give advice.
