Wheel bearings typically fail from water and dirt contamination. The All Balls Rear Wheel Bearing Kit was developed in partnership with KML Bearing and is designed for the difficult operating environment of the powersport industry.
Kit contains 2 ball bearings and 3 seals required to re-fit a wheel.
Premium EMQ quality, high-speed bearing featuring low drag, double-lip rubber seals which provide superior exclusion of water, dirt and improved grease retention.
Type TC Nitrile Elastomer wheel seals are specifically designed to keep out water and dirt.
Rubber coated outside diameter creates an optimum seal at hub.
Steel garter spring guarantees constant pressure on the axle shaft over the life of the seal.
Hardest part of replacing the bearings is removing the old set. The new ones tap in place real easy after you coat them with some grease, and you can't go wrong with the bearing seals, just remembering to have the seal face the open end of the axel.
Bearings seem to be well made. I forgot to put my center axle spacer in and had to beat one bearing back out and destroyed the dust cover. Luckily my factory KTM bearing dust cover fit *perfectly*. I also put a few squirts of general purpose moly EP grease in the bearings before putting them in. They shipped with minimal grease inside. I expect them to last me 5+ years.

I have used All Balls Bearing Kits for over two year on all of my bikes. They get rode hard in motocross and I have never had one of the bearing fail. I do regrease the bearing every four months along with all the other bearing on the bikes, so I do take care of the bearing to help them last longer.
I have a 2007 ktm 250 sxf with a stock hub i bought these bearings and i have a fitment issue.?
When installing these i got the rodor side bearing in with ease but on the sprocket side i realized there was a lip on the inside of the hub that the vearing will not pass thus preventing it from going all the way in is there something wrong with the bearings i bought? Are they boththe same size? How can i get them to fit?
This particular bearing kit is not made to fit your 1984 Honda CR80, The only front wheel bearing we would offer for your bike would be the OEM Honda bearing (Honda #96140-62010-10 / Bearing #6201U). You can order the OEM bearings for your front wheel via the OEM Parts finder. Here is a link to the diagram for your front wheel: http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/oem-parts/HONDA/1984/CR80/FRONT-WHEEL
Yes, All Balls does make this kit for your 1993 Honda CBR600 F2. Just be sure to select the correct year/make/model in the "ride you are shopping for" and we will send you the correct kit for your bike.
Unfortunately there are many different sets of these bearings. We have different sets for each individual model, so i cannot provide a bearing dimension without knowing what they are for. If you can give us a call we are more than happy to help you get the correct bearings.
