Over rated

Product came and is nice, but discription didnt tell what jets were in it. turned out it lacks the jets i needed for a mild motor. If i were to do it again i would just buy the jets individually.

Questionable for 04 Grizzly 660

04 Grizzly 660 - I bought this kit and had my dealer install it while some other work was being done. The top end was screaming powerful, but there was a huge dead zone in the bottom end that made it stall. You might get lucky if you have some different components, I was running a penland pro exhuast and K&N filter. They ended up having to adjust it to get it to run everywhere in the band, now it feels pretty much like it did before the kit. I am pretty disappointed.

Great buy

I installed on a 2004 Sportsman 600. I had a airfilter and a hmf swamp series exuast on the atv first. When i put the dynojet jet kit in it was a night and day difference. It woke my atv right up. Improved everything it said it would. This is a awsome buy.

You would need to give us a call with what model bike or ATV you have to determine if this is available for model and if it would work in your application.

For your Banshee, it includes 3 different sized sets of main jets. A set of needles and new e-clips. It also includes a jetting guide to help set up the jetting correctly for your location.

Will this fit my 2007 trx 400ex with a kelhin carb and a full system yoshimera exhaust? Will this stop it from backfiring at high idle?
MotoSport Staff
Over 11 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
Yes, this will work with your 2007 Honda TRX400EX. Jetting kits come with a range of jet sizes to accommodate performance mods and elevation changes. Proper jetting can definitely help in stopping your ATV from backfiring at a high idle.

These kits are application specific, and we do have one that will work with your 2007 Honda TRX400EX. Just make sure and select your correct model information while adding it to the cart.

Should I rejet after the fmf powercore 4 slip on, on my 2004 400 ex?
Ive heard different answers to the question, and don't know what to do.
MotoSport Staff
Over 12 months ago Location: Portland, OR, USA
More than likely you will need to re-jet your 2004 400EX. Under some circumstances it is not required but usually it will need to be modified. If you purchase one of the jet kits it comes with instructions on how to jet your specific unit. FMF will also have their recommended jetting on their website.

yes but with a different jet kit

Normally you will want to rejet after those mods. This kit will get you dialed in.

Do i need to rejet again?
i have a 2000 400ex with a 440 big bore kit in it and it has bean rejeted. will i need to rejet it again after a full exhaust?
MotoSport Staff
Over 3 years ago Location: P+RTLAND
It's always recommended to check your jetting after installing a complete exhaust. Most likely you will have to.

I have a 2007 predator 500 and will be installing a k&n along with this kit. will i need to re-jet again when i add an exhaust?
Expert MotoSport Staff
Over 4 years ago Location: Portland, OR
You may or may not depending on what type of system you choose. With this Jet Kit you'll have enough jets left over to rejet the machine once you install your exhaust.

300ex?
I am wanting to put this on my 300ex, how much more power and speed will this add? I have an hmf pipe and K&n airfilter already. Also, will give me more speed than a rev box would?
Over 4 years ago Location: Brookfield , CT
i have a 2002 300ex and when i orgionally got it it had FMF pipe K&N filter as well as you and the power and speed was OK but when i put the jets in let me just say WOW if i ride it right it will do 1st 2nd and 3rd wheelies so it is worth is (sorry for such a long story, its just worth it)
