I used a pair of these before I installed bar-end mirrors on my bike. They come with two sets of rubber inserts so they are compatible with both steel and aluminum bars. They are light, so they do more for looks than they do dampening vibrations. One tip for installation - snug the nut down on the expanding rubber part before you insert them into the bar, snug enough that there is some friction when you push them in. Once you've done that the knurling on the nut will already have traction on the rubber so the bolt will tighten up on it straight away.

positive: its slims up the bars look and especially if u switch to shorty levers like i did , beautifull features and awesome color in black negative: very lightweight compared to stock (which vibrates ure handle bars more) and its about a third size of a stocks' bar ends so you can figure where all the weight loss is from, my clutch side handle bar vibrates a lot and the brake side doesnt vibrate at all but the bar end tends to sneak its way out so every time i ride i can pretty much pull it right out with no force, i installed them and switched sides and same problem , looks good but doesnt perform well , depends what look and price range ure in but worth its price, wouldnt trust them on a fall
I purchased the bar end twist because I bought a bike that had been laid down and the bar ends got all banged up. When I purchased the bar ends from Motosport I had no worries about what I would be getting. I have purchased multiple parts from Motosport and all parts have come in perfect shape and in a timely manner. When I first starting working with Motosports I had questions that needed to be answered. I called the help line number and within 3 minutes someone was on the line to help me. The biggest thing a customer request from a company is customer service and Motosport is first in line. Its nice to know you can get a hold of someone and talk to a real person to ask questions.
