96 CR250 Rebuild Project

Got these for a rebuild project and so far so good. Nothing fancy, but they do what they're supposed to and i'd recommend to anyone doing a rebuild or just needing new rollers.

Move on

Should have just bought the Yamaha roller. Bearings were shot after three rides.

Does NOT fit 2006 KTM 250 sx-f

I bought this as it had worked well on my 2002 KTM 400sx, but it did not fit between the 2 metal ears that the roller should bolt into, because the roller is too wide.

Not good rollers for the money

i got these chain rollers for my kx100. at first theyturn great then after a few mounths they seezed up these rolers were not worth the money and you could get nicer ones that will last for only 6 bucks.

Keep your old bolt

The chain roller is great but the new bolt that came with it was too short.

Work Great

Installed on a 2011 YZ450F. These fit and look great. Wear not an issue after about 10 rides. I was concerned about fit before purchase as many non-OEM brands say they fit a specific model but do not. Recommended.

Almost too Wide

I bought this to replace the stock 09 kx450 roller. It is almost too wide for the inset bolt. The chain kinda runs on the outside of it. Still better than the stock unit with less wear.

Good Stuff

Good material, good durability. Have yet to see any wear and it's been over 5 hours of riding, hard. Sand, mud, grass, soil, etc.

They look good and are so easy to install.

A: The chain roller on your 1998 RM250 is actually going to be a 38mm. Since the Turner is not offered in 38mm, we do have a chain roller for your bike from All Balls. Both the top and the bottom rollers are the same.

A: These are sold individually (1). Depending on which one you want to replace, I would just measure your current rollers in mm and order accordingly.
