A: The hot weather LIGHTWEIGHT 4-WAY STRETCH MATERIAL breathes for maximum ventilation in hot weather. You will get a little more ventilation with the hot weather pants.

A: Hello

The difference is how hot the pant will be.
I have just bought the hot weather one, and it's made in a kind of mesh and give you a lot of air, could have got some more padding on the hip.
The Base Protective pant I have had for 1 year, and should bought it in a size smaller, so it would feel tighter on your body. It's to warm to use even in a cold Norwegian summer, but for autumn/winter/spring use it is great and have some better hip protective to.

A: I use 34 in pant's and have one of this Troy Lee Underwear in size L and one in M.
So I guess you could go for the same.
A tight fit, go for M
A loose fit, go for L
