Excellent Product

These TLD knee braces are great for the price. They're extremely durable and they protect all parts of the knee. They have saved me from severe injury several times. I would definitely recommend these to any rider.

Very nice braces.

My first set of knee braces. I had an ACL allograft and needed something. They are very light and after awhile you forget they are even on. Being short (5'4") the shorter frame design fits me better.

Only issue was they only shipped one! I got the other one in about a week. They should set up a separate location for orders that are for the pair. This may prevent this error from happening again.

White? really? but great

I decided to try these and can say I've been very pleased with their fit, comfort and performance.. much better than the others.

Only complaints.. ... you guessed it.. Why in the He double hockey sticks would you make white knee guards for dirt bikes... the straps get dirty real quick and don't was clean.. could have made them a cool grey color and they'd be perfect..

hook and loop velcro doesn't keep the side pads and the adhesive fails.. I had to fix mine with a trip to the hardware store and make my own velcro pads that work.

Besides the color I highly recommend

Great Brace For The Money

Purchased as a pair and had them expressed shipped. Only one showed up. MotoSport did send the missing mate but I was unable to use them as soon as I had liked, and wasted money on express shipping. I did not let that effect my review though. Pros... fit tighter and better then my Asterisk and feel way more comfy. Less bulk and a better strap system.
Cons..... white straps get dirty quick, side knee pads don't stay attached, lack of coverage above knee cup when leg is bent. Wished the pair pack came in the same box. (might eliminate shipping error)
Bottom line they are they best braces I've owned, and would buy another pair.

Confused

I bought a set of these and was only sent a left side brace, lets see how motosport deals with this problem. Racing starts next weekend and id hate to be out on the track and not safe.

Very Well Made Braces

These are very well made and very comfortable. The only problem I had with comfort and size was that the knee openings are too narrow. I am regular build and do not have big knees by any means but these things will squeeze the life out of your knees. It bothered me so bad that I ordered a larger size and they were just too big everywhere else. Then I ordered the POD MX300's and tried them on. The knees are also tight on them and the Large size in the POD's is the same as the medium in the TLD's. I decided to stay with the TLD's because they are more comfortable, have better straps and a much nicer knee cover.

I ended up taking one of the small velcroed knee pads out of each brace and that caused them to stop putting pressure on the side of my knees. I am going to make something thinner to replace the thick pads so the hard plastic does not rub on my knees while riding.

Q: If I wear a medium in the Asterisk Cell, will the TLD be the same size to order?

A: For sizing these knee braces you would want to measure 3 points on your knees. 6" above the knee cap, Around the Center of the Knee cap and 6" Below the knee cap. For the Medium Size in this brace the measurements would be 17-19.5" above the knee, 13-15" at the knee cap, and 13-14.5" below the knee. If these measurements are not correct for you I would suggest checking the sizing chart for the more appropriate size.

A: Yes, this would be for the pair of knee braces. We do also offer them individually.
