Leaks out of the bottom and impossible to fix

I recieved this hydration backpack for christmas and everything in the overall pack is great and has great storage. the only thing that is the issue is probably the most important part of the backpack, the water leaks everywhere no matter what i try to do to fix it it still leaks everywhere. i have even applied sealant to the threads and still leaks. I love the rest of the pack and just need a new bladder and hose, i would have gave it one start for the bladder part, but since the rest of the pack was good i gave it 2 stars. Hopefully Thor can fix my issue

Works great. Bladder hasn't leaked yet and there's spandex straps inside to lock in your tools, lots of space for snacks and a days ride essentials

Lots of storage space.

Lots of storage space. My complaint is that my bladder leaks if its face down, or upside down for that matter - but not when I'm riding and its right side up... But the pack itself is nifty. I'm just gonna have to buy a CamelBack bladder. I'll keep it around for the fact that the price was below $100.

Durable and light weight, Not a lot of Storage but great for shorter Rides

Well made.....lots of room for whatever you want carry...water stays cold for hours and is really comfortable even when filled with tools, cameras & water! Love it.

A: Yes, you would be able to remove the bladder and it would give you a bit more room for storage in the pack.

is the fluid bladder under the storage compartment, and does the storage compartment remove from the pack separately?

A: The bladder stores in the main compartment where the shoulder straps are attached. The additional storage on the front does not remove from the rest of the hydropack.
