A: The Supplement is typically in addition to the original Service Manual. If something needs to be revised or information needs to be changed, it's done through the supplement. To have a complete service manual to cover everything, you would need both. The Supplement is only the revised sections.

A: The Clymer manual doesn't have certain things correct. This fills in the gaps. Example: correct jetting. Same goes for the OEM service manual. Annoying, but necessary. Remember to always double check the supplement until you learn the supplement really well.
