Will this replace stock hotstart on CRF450R 2005 ?
Your website says this is a match for my 2005 CRF450R, Will this just replace half of my perch in the stock position on clutch side? What does EC-2 mean? My stock hotstart perch broke and I just want cheap replacement. Thanks.

This product only fits the SUNLINE EC-2 clutch perch. It will not work with the OEM unit.
What is the difference between this and the "Sunline Brake Rotator Clamp With Hot Start" for $60?
they look the same

The Sunline EC-2 Hotstart Lever Fits EC-2 clutch assembly where as the Sunline Brake Rotator Clamp With Hot Start would replace the backside clamp for the front brake master cylinder and relocate the hot-start lever to the right side of the handlebars. The image is a generic image supplied by the manufacturer for reference only. It may not be displaying the exact part for your bike. I want to make a perch just for a hot start because there's no hotstart kit for my knockoff ASV levers (they work just as good). So I was wondering if I could get a sunline rotator clamp and just mount the hot start on that separately from my clutch?

That should work but since those 2 pieces are not intended to go together I could not say for sure with out trying it.
i fell and broke only the thumb lever for my hot start. is there a way to get a new lever or will this fit on my clutch lever assembly? it is a bar rotating lever similar to the pro perch (older model)

This lever would actually move the hot start lever to the backside of the front brake master cylinder, replacing the clamp that holds the master cylinder to the handlebars. This would not mount to the clutch side on your bike. I would recommend searching for the stock hot start lever for your bike under the OEM parts diagrams for your Year/Make/Model.
