STI Tire & Wheel, acclaimed for groundbreaking ATV / UTV products such as Black Diamond tires and HD Alloy Series wheels, has brought its innovative thinking further into the off-road motorcycle market with the expansion of its recently-introduced motorcycle inner tube line. How could a fundamental item such as a dirt bike inner tube possibly be made different or better? Glad you asked.

  • Each uses a 3 mm spec, making it 30 percent beefier than most heavy duty tubes.
  • Specifically designed for the most severe applications and has already been proven in off-road competition.
  • Priced considerably less than comparable rivals.

STI Motorcycle Tubes are strong. STI's XD "Extreme Duty" butyl rubber uses a 3 mm thickness, making it 30 percent beefier than most heavy duty tubes now available on the market, and STI Motorcycle Tubes are economical. Top quality and extreme duty performance at an affordable price make STI motorcycle tubes stand out from the crowd.

Tube Specifications:

  • Size: 2.50/2.75-10.
  • Valve: TR-4 (straight metal stem (8 mm diameter)).

Great tube very pinch free

Sometimes it's kind of tuff too not pinch a tube during tire installation. That's where these tubes come into play.alot thicker than standard tubes which means it's more durable. Will buy these until they quit making them.these are a no brainer.

STI Extreme Duty Tube

This tube is a must front and back if you are a trail rider. Thickest tube I have ever seen and allows you to run those lower pressures when needed without that fear of pinching.

Bad Luck with 2 of these

First off - the tube *is* extremely thick. When you are holding the tube it appears that nothing could puncture it. However the rubber compound it is made from seems to be more "Plasticy" and stiffer than other Heavy duty tubes I have used. This stiffness & it's heavy weight do make it a bit more difficult to install. We ride exclusively in New England rocks & Roots and I have Had 2 Pinch flats using these tubes. I have since gone back to the Michelin UHD.

Good heavy tube

The tube is about 2x as thick as a regular tube. It is very heavy deuty. Should last longer and have less pinch flats.

Great tube!

The STI Extreme Duty Tube is a heavy duty tube that can be easily reused when changing tires without worrying about punching it since the tube is very thick.

Etream is the key word.

The discription Extream Duty is no exaageration!!! This is the thickest inner tube I have ever installed in a tire. It's a lot of tube to shove into the tire. I have no worries of sand wearing a hole in this tube. It is EXTREAM!!! Will make you sweat putting installing it. But having a flat will make you sweat more.

You would want to order the same size tube as the tire you have on your bike. The 60/100-12 is 60mm wide and the 80/100-12 is 80mm wide. For the rear tube on your 2003 Honda XR70R the recommended size would be the 80/100-12.
