Bad fit, but good quality brace

I am a skinnier ride (5'11" and 155lbs) and these brace s are way to big for my knees. They seem like good braces but just do not fit at all

Not bad

This one size fits all isn't that bad. It was good for about 3 rides, then the bolt on the side of the knee fell out. Luckily it was in my boot. The shin strap is too small. I must have really big calves or big bones. Over all it'll get you through a few rides.

Good product, sized to small

They were returned due to strap length being too short for my legs. Appears to be a good product though.

Keep riding

Much better product than I expected. Good protection.

These pads are great other than the pivot point on the right knee catches my side shroud some times and pops the bolt out. I have been lucky and not lost any parts and just fixed the problem myself by drilling the bolt out and putting a pin in it. Also my thighs are not very big so i have a large amount of strap that has no where to velcro back (not every leg is the same). Other than that i reallly like these pads

Good but...

These guards look like they would do their job, however... They don't fit well at all. Two of the three elastic bands are too small for me, the one on the upper calf and the one that goes around the base of the thigh just don't fit. I'm 5'9" and weigh about 195lbs. I have thicker than average calves and thighs I guess. I never use em, will probably try to sell em to someone else.

Best investment you can make

I had a buddy rip off his knee cap because it caught the handle bar, he wore these ever since with no more pain or issues. I picked up a pair and WOW, they are super comfortable and I forget that I have them on, every part of the description on these is spot on.

Kinda bulky but i guess after like 5hrs you get used to them. They feel well built and i'm sure they can take alot of abuse. I like them because it feels like a brace

Q: Could this break a femur.?
I am looking at getting some knee/shin guards and not braces because of possible femur breakings. Do you think this guard could break a femur? Thanks for any help.

A: I have been wearing them for over a year now and have crashed plenty of times with them and they work great. Knee braces are designed to prevent your knee from being overused or hyper-extended therefore they are strapped to your leg quite solidly. The knee guards you are referring to have elastic and neoprene straps that are designed to hold them in place, not prevent your knee from hyperextending. If you were going to break your femur in a crash, you were gonna break it with or without these guards. They are well worth the purchase price...
